Refer-A-Friend Program Summary, Terms & Conditions

This Refer-A-Friend Program (“Program”) pertains to income tax preparation customers of Crearth Services, who are referring to other income tax preparation customers. Your participation in this Program is subject to these Program Terms & Conditions.

Program Summary

This Program is available to our current income tax preparations services in USA. Crearth Services will credit Referrers through confirmation in an email (as defined below) or other equivalent consideration as detailed below, up to $20 to be used one time per credit voucher in the office with an expiration date of one (1) year calendar for the following services: tax preparation, notarized documents, company formation, bookkeeping, immigration, certified translation, estimates, contracts, Tax ID, 

Not valid for Real Estate, Insurance, Mortgage. This Program cannot be combined with other reward programs or special offers. Void where prohibited.

Term/Termination

We may terminate your participation in this Program or cancel this Program at any time at our sole discretion, but these Program Terms & Conditions will continue to apply to Qualified Referrals made prior to such termination or cancellation unless your participation is terminated because of a violation of these Program Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with any of these Program Terms & Conditions or any fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of rewards under the Program by you or anyone acting on your behalf may result in the immediate termination of your membership in the Program, cancellation of your Program account and/or forfeiture of any outstanding Program rewards. In the event of any fraud, misconduct, or suspected fraud or misconduct by you or anyone acting on your behalf or under your password, Crearth Services reserves the right to suspend access to your account indefinitely pending investigation.

Qualified Referrals

A “Qualified Referral” is any person who within the States that (i) is not our current customer, (ii) satisfies our enrollment requirements, (iii) successfully takes a tax preparation service with any of our agents in any of Crearth Services office, (iv) provides the referrer full name; and (v) has made payment in full of the taken service. Each Qualified Referral may only be credited to a single Referrer and will receive 20% discount in a single service with Crearth Services. By participating in this Program, you agree that we will make the final determination whether anyone you refer to us meets all requirements to be considered a Qualified Referral.

Rewards

Crearth Services will reward Referrers through issuance of a Gift Card in the amount of credits of $20 for each Qualified Referral, up to $575 per calendar year, once the referred friend becomes a new customer and meets the reward qualifications stated above. The reward will be delivered via email. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing following the referred friend’s enrollment. You will have no right to any credit until you use any of the described services at Crearth Tax Service

Gift cards are issued by Virtual Reward Center. We reserve the right to provide you with an alternative form of consideration of equal value at our discretion. Valid email address required for receipt of gift card. Gift cards will not have cash access, it is a credit to be used in a service.

The maximum credit to be use in any Crearth location for the services described above equivalent rewards that you may earn through this Program and other promotions offered by us is $575 per calendar year.
